“Clear asks. Open skies.
Laughter, dust, and the kind of confidence that sticks.”

Activities
A Cowgirl Weekend of Horses, Clarity & Earned Confidence
Over two days at The Ranch SMA, horses become our teachers and mirrors. Through unmounted groundwork, riding, trail exploration, discussion, great snacks and creative expression, we practice clear communication, attunement, and leadership rooted in choice and mutual respect. The horses respond honestly — helping us notice where we’re clear, where we hesitate, and where we already know more than we think.
This retreat weaves together:
-
Competence — learning clear asks, boundaries, and practical horsemanship
-
Attunement — noticing, listening, and responding rather than reacting
-
Sovereignty — leadership without force, grounded in choice and clarity
-
Joyful grit — trail rides, laughter, cowgirl hat decorating, and a sunset celebration
-
Belonging without performance — cowgirl culture at its best
There is time for rest, journaling, integration, and meaningful conversation.
No fixing. No hype. Just real experiences that land in the body and travel home with you.
You don’t leave with a script.
You leave knowing how to take the reins — gently, firmly, and in your own way.
